WHO WE ARE
King Information Systems, Inc. was founded in 1972 to serve the Records Management needs of financial institutions and municipalities. We strive to avoid the "cookie cutter" approach to Records Management. Each of our systems is custom designed and tailored to meet the customer's specific needs. Because we are involved in all types of records control and filing systems, we are able to objectively recommend the best solution for each customer. In short, we believe that the best solutions are the ones that are easiest and most convenient for our customers to implement and maintain while at the same time satisfying compliance.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
We offer a full range of services including consulting and system design, file conversions and implementation, microfilming, document scanning, off-site storage, archive and database record tracking, and certified document destruction. We have a fully equipped microfilm laboratory capable of meeting any kind of need. Our trained staff will set up new records systems on-site or convert outdated methods to current and modern procedures, depending on the requirements.
King Information Systems also sells and services a complete line of movable shelving, fireproof files, vertical and lateral file cabinets, rotary file units, storage boxes, microfilm cameras, and reader-printers. In addition, we offer a range of file folders, labels, document dividers, index guides, and other filing and retrieval aids.
